INDENT GOODS: Cannot be returned if you have simply changed your mind. These goods that have been imported to meet your specific request and are not articles we normally stock.
When taking advantage of our "21 Day Returns Policy" the purchaser is responsible as follows. - Purchaser should email before returning a product. Please quote your invoice number and the date on your invoice. A Return Authority Number (RNA) will be issued by us. Goods returned without a Return Authority Number may not be accepted. - The purchaser is responsible for payment of return shipping charges - Goods must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging - The amount refunded will be limited to the NZD$ amount paid. Currency exchange losses or gains, credit card fees, etc are to the account of the purchaser.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
