SHIPPING INFORMATION

We reserve the right not to offer delivery to areas where our forwarders do not offer a regular delivery service or where delivery is impractical.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS:

We use NZ Couriers or NZ Post within NZ. You should allow up to 5 working days using this service.

Delivery can be made to physical addresses or PO Boxes.

We will put special delivery instructions on the shipment if you request.

Please provide a delivery address that is secure and provide a telephone number with your order - this is for the courier to contact you if necessary.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:

We use a NZ Post Courier service to Australian destinations. This service operates in conjunction with Australia Post. You should allow up to 8 working days for delivery.

Delivery can be made to physical addresses or PO Boxes.

We will put special delivery instructions on the shipment if you request.

Please provide a delivery address that is secure and provide a telephone number with your order - this is for the courier to contact you if necessary.

ORDERS OVER AUD $1,000.00: If your order is over AUD$1000 then you may be contacted by Australian Customs to pay import duties and GST. In all cases customs clearance fees, import duties and taxes will be the clients responsibility.

All our prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

USA CUSTOMERS:

We use a NZ Post Courier service to USA destinations. You should allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Delivery can be a physical address or a PO Box.

Please provide a delivery address that is secure and provide a telephone number with your order - this is for the courier to contact you if necessary.

CUSTOMS DUTIES: If applicable US customs clearance fees, import duties and taxes will be the clients responsibility.
