We purchase our products from leading European designers and manufacturers.

Our products are quality tested to meet or exceed European product standards and are covered by our 2 Year Replacement Warranty.

This warranty applies from the date of purchase and is in addition to your consumer rights under New Zealand law.

2 Year Replacement Warranty

Our products come with a very simple 2 year replacement warranty.

Should your magnifying mirror prove faulty in manufacture or construction we will supply a replacement mirror of the same type.

This warranty does not include installation of the replacement mirror. If the model you have is no longer available we reserve the right to supply a similar mirror of simlar value.

This warranty covers faults in manufacture and construction only. We do not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, damage due to faulty installation or damage (accidental or intentional) caused by the customer.

We supply only professional quality products. Installation should be carried out by a qualified installer. We accept no liability for damaged caused by or to our products, or their incorrect operation, due to faulty installation.

When Making a Claim Under This Warranty

In the unlikely event of a fault occurring please follow the following proceedure.
1. Once you are aware of a fault please contact us by email.
Include a your original invoice number, date of purchase and your daytime contact details. Include a picture of the fault if possible.
